Poker Ledger ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Surya Madhan. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name via Google Sign-In or email/password authentication.
• Game data: Player names, buy-ins, cash-outs, session details, and settlement records you create within the app.
• Subscription data: If you subscribe to Poker Ledger Pro, we store your subscription status. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (mobile) — we never see or store your credit card number.
• Telegram linking: If you connect a Telegram account for notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's core functionality (tracking poker sessions, calculating balances, managing groups).
• To process and manage your premium subscription.
• To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g., Telegram alerts).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access data within their own groups. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase – database and authentication
• Stripe – web payment processing
• Apple App Store / Google Play – mobile payment processing
• RevenueCat – subscription management for mobile
• Telegram Bot API – optional notifications

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at suryamadhan@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Poker Ledger is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
