By using Poker Ledger ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

Poker Ledger is a tool for tracking poker game sessions, player balances, and settlements. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts

You may sign up using Google Sign-In or email/password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Poker Ledger Pro (Subscriptions)

• Poker Ledger Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
• A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Web: Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel via the app's settings.
• iOS/Android: Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are processed by Apple or Google. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (game sessions, player names, etc.). We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any player names or information you enter.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for any illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or create accounts for the purpose of abuse or spam.

6. Disclaimer

Poker Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial disputes between players. The app is a record-keeping tool only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Ledger and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
